On the former site of a car park and business centre on Charles Street, Manchester, now stands an impressive new hotel. The 4* Maldron Hotel consists of 278 stylish rooms and leisure facilities including, a fitness suite, a restaurant and bar on the ground floor, a coffee shop and meeting spaces on the first floor.
Designed by architects Simpson Haugh, the new build in central Manchester works in harmony with its’ neighbouring buildings and surroundings. Innovation Fire Engineering Ltd were proud to be part of the design team on this complex scheme.
