Demolition of the existing restaurant and the erection of two over-30-metre towers connected by a central seven-storey building, including a three-storey basement car park.

The high-risk residential building (HRRB) consists of 120 residential properties and two new commercial spaces, comprising a mixture of 117 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and townhouses.

Innovation Fire Engineering provided our client with solutions to a range of fire safety issues, including providing compliant two-stair solutions for each tower with natural ventilation systems, solutions for ventilation to the basement car park and communal corridors, and assessing means of escape over the connecting podium.
