Innovation Fire Engineering provided detailed fire engineering analysis to support a design with an open stage. Computational Fluid Dynamics fire modelling was undertaken to ensure that the smoke ventilation system provided sufficient protection to escaping occupants. Detailed occupant egress calculations were also undertaken to ensure that the exit widths met the functional requirements of the Building Regulations.
