With the recent release of the eagerly awaited new Bond film ‘No Time to Die’, the team at Innovation Fire Engineering enjoyed an afternoon of cocktails and mocktails for our ‘Shaken, Not Stirred’ team building day! From Mojito to Cosmopolitan, Disaronno Sour to Non-tini, we were mixing, shaking and pouring to our hearts delight! The team even renamed the crushed ice, ‘baby ice’. Who’d have thought slapping your glass with a handful of mint could be such fun!? Especially when you get to drink a nice cool Mojito at lunchtime. We could get used to this!
It was great to be able to enjoy our brilliant team days again! Good food, great company, an afternoon of cocktail and mocktail making, then back to the other side of the bar for some serious engineering analysis of the Shuffleboard tables. In true form we excelled in our collaboration with doubles on the shuffleboard and some incredibly competitive game playing! Let’s just say there were a lot of innovative manoeuvres going on! Perhaps some of the team thought they were at auditions for the next Bond film!?
Looking forward to our next team outing on 25th November at the Constructing Excellence Yorkshire and Humber awards where we’ve been shortlisted for ‘SME of the Year’.
