Innovation Fire Engineering are proud to be part of the design team on City Square House, Leeds. Construction of this office development will commence in May 2021. McAleer and Rushe are the contractor on this impressive sustainable 12-storey building comprising 140,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation. The office development is designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and will include a double height entrance reception.
